Postdoctoral position in the field of bioinformatics

A postdoctoral position in the field of bioinformatics is available in the research laboratory of Experimental Immunology at DRFZ (Berlin). The accepted candidate will join a big new project, which is devoted to the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis and the development of skeleton. The work involves the developing new methods, analysis, interpretation and visualization of single-cell transcriptomes of human samples.

Requirements

Candidates should have a strong background in computer science, mathematics and be interested in human musculoskeletal and immune diseases. The candidate has to have a big experience in working independently with mentioned type of data and in applying obtained results to real situation. Motivation for self-education and enthusiastic approach to the problems is absolutely necessary.
