Bioinformatics Summer School 2013

The first Bioinformatics Summer School was held in Moscow, Russia from July 29 to August 4, 2013 after MCCMB'13 conference.

The Summer School took place at Moscow State University (29th of July) and the hotel Mendeleevo (30th of July - 4th of August).

It gathered 100 participants: students, graduates and young specialists with biological and technical background interested in bioinformatics. They had an opportunity to attend lectures and workshops on various aspects of bioinformatics given by leading scientists: from genome and transcriptome sequencing data analysis to somatic cells reprogramming, from biotechnology to brain development, from introduction to programming for biologists and molecular biology for CS students to the gene regulation. All lectures were video recorded and added to our youtube channel (in Russian).
